Returns & Refunds policy

Please read this entire policy before ordering. If you disagree, please don't order.

Cancellations:

You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering it without giving any reason for doing so.

If there is a problem with the order:

This includes any quality issue, such as an incorrect name from what was originally submitted.

If this is the case, you have 30 days to return it from the date of ordering.

We will provide you with a full refund or replacement as soon as we receive the item, or have received proof that you have sent it to us.

Refunds for change of mind will not be accepted.

Process of Returning Goods

If you have been instructed from our team that you should return the item/s, please do the following:

  1. Make sure our team (from info@tagtykes.com.au or 0406387478) has directed you to send it back to us.

  2. Either use the supplied shipping label OR our team may instruct you to go to your closest post office, pay to ship it, and we will re-imburse the cost of shipment. (A receipt may be required).

  3. Before you ship it, please take a photo/video proof of you sending it back to us, as well as the item/s before shipping. Please send this to us (info@tagtykes.com.au or 0406387478). This is to ensure that you receive your refund and in case it gets lost in shipping.

We will provide you with a full refund as soon as we receive the item/s.
